The Lee Family Style of Chinese Internal Arts
The Lee Family Style was brought to the UK in the early Twentieth Century by Shifu Lee Chan Kam.  A chance meeting with the young Chee Soo led to Chee Soo being invited to train at Shifu Lee's London classes.
After Shifu Lee was lost at sea in the winter of 1953/54, Chee Soo inherited the system as Shifu Lee had no other family to continue the lineage.
Shifu Chee Soo popularized the Arts throughout the second half of the Twentieth Century and continued teaching up until his death in 1994.

A truly holistic system, the Lee Family Arts include:

Tai Chi (Taijiquan) including its martial training curriculum which is often taught as Fengshou Kung Fu and the associated arts of Shuai Jiao (sometimes called Chinese Aikido - a throwing and grappling art) and Chin Na joint locking.

Weapons training including Straight Sword (Jian), Broadsword (Dao), Staff, Fan, Spear and Silk.

Qigong including Taoyin, Taiji Qigong and Neigong.

A full range of healing arts including Acupuncture, Tuina Massage, Dietary Therapy (Chang Ming), Herbal Therapy and Heat Therapy.
